Refunds & Cancellations

No, cancellation is not allowed once the payment has been made and the transaction has been successful.

Once the transaction has failed, it will automatically be refunded

The time it may take for it to reflect in your account will depend on your payment method Credit Card / Debit Card - It may take upto 5 to 15days for a floating charge to be refunded in your card, Depending on your bank’s policy.
