You are not required to give any contact details but please ensure to mention return number and tracking number (recommended being printed but also can be written in a paper) when handing over the package. This will be scanned by a daraz representative and sent off to our warehouse for quality check. As proof of drop off you will be given a receipt.

Not required! You can hand over your order anytime between Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m

You will not need to make any payment for item drop offs. Once being dropped within 14 working days you receive your refund (payment + shipping charges) if the quality control check is resulted favourable.

These locations can be used to only handover return requested orders, But rest assured the orders will be delivered to you as per the delivery timeline mentioned in the product page!
