Terms & Conditions for Daraz Referral Programme

• Become a referrer (‘Referrer’) by referring friends (‘Referees’) to install Daraz Mobile Application, and receive a voucher worth Rs.100 for every install without minimum purchase condition. - If you do not have a Daraz Mobile Application, sign up to the Daraz Application and enter your Daraz account phone number in the link generator on the Daraz Buddy Program page. Copy and share your unique link with your friends to get installs.
• The link can be shared through embedded social networks - Facebook and Twitter. It can also be copied to clipboard and pasted on all other social platforms.
• The results will be updated within seven (07) working days from the time an install is made by Referees using the referral link and can be checked by visiting the Daraz Buddy Program page.
• Results for the Referrer will also be communicated via Push Notifications on App or SMS, please enable notifications in App Settings on your device in order to ensure the reception of the Push Notifications.
• Daraz.lk reserves the right to not award a voucher or disqualify someone from the Daraz Buddy Program at its sole discretion, if fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct has occurred in any way that compromises the fairness of the Daraz Buddy Program in any way.
• The Program is only available through Daraz Android Mobile Application.
• Upon cancellation or deletion of Daraz Mobile Application, your account will be inactive and you may not make referrals or get Daraz Buddy Program voucher, including any referral vouchers that may be pending.
• Friends you invite i.e. Referees have to install the Daraz App within thirty (30) days of receiving the referral link in order to be eligible for the program.
• Referral vouchers are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or other merchandise not available on Daraz Mobile Application - Vouchers code consists of randomly generated numbers & letter that can be redeemed as discounts during checkout.

How to redeem voucher codes?

• Copy the unique voucher code sent to you through APP/SMS
• Click on any product on Daraz app and then click the buy now button
• At the checkout page include the voucher code in the box where it says “Enter Voucher Code” & and click on apply button
• Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by us with respect to terminating the account and participation in the Daraz Buddy Program.
• Each referrer can receive a maximum referral voucher of Rs.1,000 per month with no Minimum purchase condition, though more than 10 installs are allowed but Referrer’s will not be compensated/ rewarded by Daraz.
• Participation in the Daraz Buddy Program is prohibited where void by applicable law or regulation.
• A referrer cannot redeem a referral voucher for referring himself/herself.
• Daraz.lk reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Daraz Buddy Program at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion.
• The rewards will be sent via Push Notification or by SMS with the most recent order activity.
• Daraz mobile application install will be considered valid if it remains on the Referee’s device for at least seven (07) days.
